Various Flavor Pudding

Serve this healthy pudding with a variety of fruit flavors to compliment your dish at the dinner table. Agar, which contains fibers, and fruit, which contains vitamins and minerals, are also rich in antioxidant, good for digestion and overall body health.

Ingredients:

Layer 1:
500 ml juice from 1 kg sweet orange
1 packet yellow agar
100 g sugar
Salt

Layer 2:
500 g green melon, cut into pieces
100 ml water
1 packet green agar
100 g sugar
Salt

Layer 3:
500 g seedless watermelon, cut into pieces
100 ml water
1 packet red agar
100 g sugar
Salt

How to make:

Layer 1:
1. Cook orange juice, yellow agar, sugar and salt until boiling.
2. Pour three ladles into the mold.

Layer 2:
3. Put melon and water in blender and puree.
4. Pour into a pan.
5. Add green agar, sugar and salt, and cook until boiling.
6. Take three ladles of the mixture and pour it onto layer I, which is almost hardened.

Layer 3:
7. Put watermelon and water in blender and puree.
8. Pour into a pan.
9. Add red agar, sugar and salt, and cook until boiling.
10. Take three ladles of the mixture and pour it onto layer II, which is almost hardened.

11. Let stand until almost set.
12. Pour three ladles of layer-1 dough. When the dough is frozen, ripe back.
14. Let stand until slightly hardened.
15. Do the same on the dough of layer 2 and 3 to consumable.
16. Recently, chill the pudding.
17. Once hardened, cut into slices and serve.

For 30 slices.
