Mushrooms, New Vitamin D Supplements

Recent research from the U.S. found that the fungus has the potential as a source of vitamin D. With methods of breeding of mushrooms in the traditional way, the content of vitamin D in mushrooms is less significant. However, when exposed to artificial ultraviolet ways, from research was known level of vitamin D in the fungus increased significantly.
