List of good habits that can increase body immunity

Good body immunity is obtained through a long-term process that results from habits that are carried out every day, not just taking supplements. Immunity cannot be obtained quickly and easily. Here are some good habits that can increase the body's immune:

1. Get enough sleep

Sleep time should be seven to eight hours every night. In one study, people who slept for six hours a night or less for a week were four times more likely to have the flu when they got the virus, compared with those who slept more than seven hours.

The risk of illness is even higher in those who sleep less than five hours a night.

2. Get out in the morning

Architecture professor Mariana Figueiro said that the light in the morning provided the benefit of preventing disruption in circadian rhythms. A good circadian rhythm will support the body's metabolic processes.


She tried to leave the house every morning at the same time for about 30 minutes. When the weather was cloudy, she turned on four lights near her favorite bench and sat between them for an hour.
