Here're five exercises at home to burn bodyfat

Every morning is colored with rain. Those who used to exercise in the morning before leaving for office would be annoyed. But no need to despair. You can still get the same benefits without needing to get out of the house.

Cardio exercise should be recognized to be the best way to burn fat and lose weight. It doesn't only help to lose weight but also will increase stamina and endurance.

Running is the most common form of cardio exercise and can burn about 10 calories per minute. Other types of cardio exercises are swimming or cycling. But sometimes, you're too lazy to get out, or bad weather forces you to stay inside the house.

However, you don't need to go outdoor to do cardio exercises. Don't let the rain affect your cardio workouts. Here's a list of cardio exercises you can do at home.

1. Skipping

All you need is a skipping rope, and you're ready for intense cardio session. If there's no rope, you can jump without it. Skipping can burn more than 200 calories per session of 20 minutes. Skipping rope is the best exercise equipment if you travel a lot.

2. Jumping jack

Another cardio exercise is jumping jack. This activity involves the abdominal muscles. It'll form abdominals, deltoids, quadriceps and thighs. Start by standing erect, both hands on the sides and feet docked. Then, jump as high as possible, and land with your legs outstretched and your your hands go up to shoulder height.

3. Butt kick

You can jog at home. It's called butt kick. Try flexing your legs as high as possible until your heels kick butt. Try to do 30 kicks or for about 60 seconds continuously. You must be breathless in short time.

4. Jump squat

Jump squat is a combination of squat and jump. This exercise will tighten buttocks and thighs, and improve your metabolism. It'll also improve blood circulation.

5. High knee jog

High knee jog may seem easy, but it's an effective cardio exercise. You won't only burn calories but also increase your endurance and stamina. It'll also form your cores, thighs and buttocks. Try to do this for about a minute.
