If you use glasses or contact lenses, visit your ophthalmologist each year for periodic check. You're more prone to eye disorder, such as dry eye syndrome or autoimmune disease that affects vision.
5. Blood test
After baseline blood test to determine cholesterol at age 20, at least, repeat it at 40. Check cholesterol and blood sugar because the risk of heart disease and diabetes increase with age.
