Working at night for shift workers is very contrary to the human sleep-wake schedule. Night shift will interfere with the circadian rhythm of our body. Well, this is the culprit.

4. Hormonal changes

Menopause, menstruation and pregnancy are some things that often interfere with every woman's sleep. Well, the problem of hormone changes that occurs is what often interfere with her sleep. 5. Disease
