Pumpkin-Shoot Vegetable Nodes

Besides fresh, it's also loaded with vitamins and minerals that can increase your endurance. Its fiber can prevent constipation.


4 shallots
2 cloves garlic
2 cm turmeric
1 tsp dried shrimp, brewed, roasted
1 tbsp cooking oil
1 red tomato, cut into eight
75 g sweet corn, cut askew
1 l water
2 bunches pumpkin shoots, weeded
1 tbsp salt
1½ tsp sugar

How to make:

1. Puree shallots, garlic, turmeric and dried shrimp.

2. Heat cooking oil. Saute the puree until it smells tasty.

3. Add red tomato. Stir until it's wilted.

4. Add sweet corn and a little water. Stir. Cook briefly.

5. Add pumpkin shoots and the rest of the water. Stir well.

6. Add salt and sugar.

7. Cook well.

For four servings.
