Cut shrimp backs and clean the legs in order to attract the appearance.
Ingredients:
Cooking oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
250 g medium-sized shrimp, peeled, left the tails
1 bunch shallot buds, cut into 4 cm
100 g straw mushrooms, cut in 2 parts
2 tbsp oyster sauce
2 tbsp soy sauce
Salt
Water
How to make:
1. Heat cooking oil. Sauté garlic.
2. Add shrimp. Stir until the color changes.
3. Add shallot buds. Stir.
4. Add straw mushrooms. Give oyster and soy sauces, and salt.
5. Pour water. Stir well.
For 4 servings.
