Healthy Fruit Juice

Melon, tomato and pineapple are rich in vitamins and minerals good for health. They also contain fibers good for "back door business."

You'd replace pineapple with other fruits if you suffer from indigestion.

Ingredients:

150 g melon
1 red tomato
100 g pineapple
2 tbsp lime juice
50 ml vanilla syrup
100 ml water
Ice cubes

How to make:

1. Cut melon, tomato and pineapple

2. Put them in a blender. Give lime juice, vanilla syrup, water and ice cubes. Blend them.

3. Serve immediately in two glasses.

For 2 glasses.
