Riding bike makes impotent

It's true. You're at high risk of erectile dysfunction if you're often riding a bicycle. You press your perineum, the muscle between your testicles and anus, and nerves and blood vessels that contribute to the onset of erection when sitting on a bicycle saddle.

In English, perineum is often called taint, choad, gooch and nifkin.

Pressure on the part would cause a reduction in blood flow and oxygen. You'll experience penile fibrosis, and it's ultimately hard to erect.

However, it doesn't mean you shouldn't be cycling. You should adjust your bike saddle and feel when boosting pedals. The narrower your bicycle saddle, the higher the risk of erection problems.
