Fried Sweetleafs Giblet Sambal

If you're breastfeeding, you'd eat sweetleafs to facilitate the production of milk. Are you bored with sweetleafs that's only made soup? Try this one healthy recipe.

This recipe contains enough protein from the sweetleafs and giblets, also rich in nutrients to prevent anemia.

Ingredients:

4 cloves garlic
7 shallots
5 g dried shrimp, roasted
1 cm shrimp paste
200 g giblets, boiled, cut into six
3 chili peppers, seeded, cut oblique
1 stalk lemongrass
2 bay leaves
2 cm greater galangal
100 g sweetleafs
50 g snow peas
300 ml coconut milk
5 g palm sugar
Fried shallots

How to make:

1. Puree garlic, shallots, dried shrimp and shrimp paste. Sauté them.
2. Add the giblets. Stir well.
3. Add chili peppers, lemongrass, bay leaves and greater galangal.
4. Add sweetleafs. Stir.
5. Add snow peas.
6. Pour the coconut milk. Stir to boiling. Add the palm sugar.
7. Serve with fried shallots.
