Tuna Panada

It'd make a great snack during a holiday trip.

Ingredients:

1 tablespoon vegetable oil
50 grams onions, chopped
100 grams carrots, diced small
150 grams tuna, roughly chopped
50 milliliters water
Pepper
Salt
250 grams high-protein flour
1 teaspoon instant yeast
Sugar
1 egg
125 milliliters coconut milk
1 teaspoon chilli sauce

How to make:

1. Saute onions.
2. Add carrots and tuna with a given water, pepper and salt. Stir until all ingredients are cooked.
3. Mix flour, yeast, sugar and eggs. Knead until smooth.
4. Add coconut milk and salt. Knead the dough again until smooth. Let stand for 25 minutes.
5. Divide the dough 25 grams each.
6. Round them. Let stand for 25 minutes.
7. Take one piece of the dough. Trim it.
8. Give 1 tablespoon sauteed tuna. Fold it in half circle. Pinch the edge like making pastels.
9. Fry panada in medium heat till golden brown.

For 10 pieces.
