6 eggs, white and yolk separated
125 g of sugar
50 g of flour
80 g of margarine, melted
3 tbsp of sweetened condensed milk
3 young coconuts, dredged
50 g of walnuts
1 small box of raisins
How to make:
Beat the egg yolks and 100 grams of sugar.
Turn off the mixer then pour the coconut and stir.
Enter margarine, milk, vanilla, and walnuts and stir well.
Pour the batter into pyrex already spread with margarine.
Bake in oven at 180 degrees Celsius for 10 minutes.
Meanwhile, beat the egg whites and 25 grams of sugar.
Remove Klappertaart from the oven and stir in the egg whites and flatten.
Sprinkle raisins and walnuts.
Reinsert the cake into the oven and bake for 30 minutes longer.
For 15 pieces.
