6. Javanese ginger

This plant is containing saponin, flavonoid, and essential oil so efficacious to eliminate acne and body odor, and refresh the body. Provide a finger of ginger. Wash and finely cut. Boil with a glass of water. Wait until it becomes a half glass. Drink the potion cool.

7. Torch ginger

Torch ginger is often used as an ornamental flower but also delicious to eat. It's beneficial to maintain the freshness of the scent. This is because the active substances saponin, flavonoid, and polyphenol. It's also rich in vitamins and minerals.
