Minor Wounds

Wounds and injuries can happen to you anytime and anywhere. If it's only a minor wound, maybe, you won't panic. Yet the problem will be another thing if the wound is severe, and your location is far from medical services.

At times like these, you realize the importance of learning first aid techniques.

The definition of minor wound is such an injury as a result of knife cut, broken glass, or superficial stab. To stop the bleeding, do dress-and-press technique. Use a clean bandage or handkerchief to cover the bleeding then press until it stops.

If the bleeding has stopped, clean the wound with soap water and antiseptics. This type of wound will quickly dry if left open.

Minor cuts will usually recover by themselves. If after being closed are signs of infection arising, reopen the lid plaster and let the wound in an open state.
