Young Mango Salad

Mango contains gallic acid good for digestion, but be careful for you who experience gastrointestinal disorders. It's better to avoid the sour taste of mango.

Ingredients:

2 half-ripe mangoes
100 g of bean sprouts
1 red chili, slice thinly
1 cucumber, slice thinly
Salt
1 tbsp of sugar
50 g of peanuts, toast
75 g of dried shrimp, soak in hot water, roast briefly, puree

Sauce:

100 g of palm sugar
1 cup of water
50 g of peanuts, roast, mash
2 red chilies, crush
1 tbsp of lemon juice

How to make:

Slice mango into 4 x ½ cm.
Squeeze the mango with salt.
Squeeze sprouts and red chilies with salt and sugar.
Arrange young mango, bean sprouts, cucumbers, and chilies in the plate.
Flush with the sauce.
Sprinkle with peanuts, dried shrimp, and chips.
