Milkfish Sour Dish

This dish is perfect for low-fat diet, but when you're undergoing a gastrointestinal disorder, be careful; you'd not sip the broth.

Ingredients:

2 milkfish, cut into 3 parts
6 shallots, slice thinly
2 cloves of garlic, slice thinly
4 cm of ginger, slice into 2 parts, crush
1 cm of turmeric, roast, crush
4 cm of galangal, crush
2 bay leaves
8 cayenne peppers
2 tomatoes, slice
5 bilimbis, slice into 1 cm
1 tbsp of lime juice
1 stalk of lemongrass
Sugar
Salt
1 cup of water

How to make:

Saute shallots and garlic.
Enter ginger, turmeric, galangal, and bay leaves.
Stir.
Enter the fish.
Give tomatoes, bilimbis, lime juice, and sugar.
Stir.
Cover the wok briefly.
Lower the heat.
Cook until the fish is cooked.

For 6 servings.
