Symptoms of dementia are experienced by anyone, even those as young as 30 years. To prevent this, train the brain to be active.

There're several ways to prevent dementia, including:

1. Use all the senses

Activation of all the senses is a good stimulus for the brain. For example, when acquainted, don't only memorize the names. Stimulate your brain to remember the shape of the face, body parts, makeup, also the perfume.

2. Try something outside the routine

For example, shower with your eyes closed. Your logic and senses will feel something else. Then brush your teeth out of the ordinary, usually with your active hand, now turn to your inactive. Usually active parts of the brain stop, instead inactive hemispheres control all motion.
