Pineapple Lempa

Fish that contains omega-3 is good for vascular health. In addition, bromelain in pineapple is efficacious to thin the blood.

Ingredients:

½ kg of mackerel
½ ripe pineapple, cut into ½ x 4 cm
1½ l of water
Cayenne peppers
2 tbsp of shrimp paste, stirred with water, filtered
6 shallots
3 stalks of lemongrass, crushed
1 cm of turmeric
Salt
1 tbsp of sugar
1 tbsp of lime juice

How to make:

Cut mackerel oblique.
Puree shallots and turmeric.
Boil the water and enter the pineapple.
Boil for ten minutes.
Enter the fish, shrimp paste sauce, cayenne peppers, and lemongrass.
Add salt, sugar, and lime juice.
Simmer briefly until the fish is cooked.
It tastes to be sweet and sour.
Serve immediately.

For 10 servings.
