Tempeh Chicken Burger

If usually, a burger is made from beef, this time, you're trying to make your own creations from a mixture of tempeh and chicken. It can be made with burger, white, or wheat bread.

If you want cheese, it can be added between the bread.

Ingredients:

150 g of fillet of chicken breast chopped finely
200 g of tempeh cut into rough
6 pieces of steamed bread split lengthwise into 2 parts
1 tbsp of cooking oil
2 cloves of garlic chopped roughly
1 onion chopped roughly
1 egg beaten off
1 tsp of Worchestershire sauce
1 tsp of sesame oil
Salt
Pepper
25 g of bowl lettuce
1 tomato sliced thinly

How to make:

Steam the tempeh in a hot pan for 20 minutes.
Lift.
Puree.
Set aside.
Saute garlic and onion until tender.
Lift.
Combine steamed tempeh, chicken, egg, Worchestershire sauce, sesame oil, salt, and pepper.
Stir well.
Divide into six parts.
Shape each piece into a rectangular.
Flatten.
Heat a nonstick skillet.
Brush the surface with a little margarine.
Place the dough on it.
Bake until cooked.
Lift.

Sauce:

1 tbsp of cooking oil
2 cloves of garlic chopped finely
½ onion chopped finely
100 ml of chicken broth
1 tbsp of soy sauce
1 tsp of cornstarch dissolved in 3 tbsp of water
1 tsp of lime juice
Salt
Sugar
Pepper
Nutmeg powder

How to make:

Saute garlic and onions until tender.
Pour broth, soy sauce, salt, sugar, pepper, and nutmeg powder.
Stir well.
Bring to a boil.
Pour the cornstarch.
Stir until thick.
Pour lime juice.
Stir well.
Lift.
Set aside.

Presentation:

Dip burger meat in the sauce.
Put on one piece of bread.
Set the bowl lettuce and tomato on it.
