6 egg yolks
3 egg whites
125 g of sugar
100 g of flour
25 g of cocoa powder
½ tsp of baking powder
100 g of margarine
50 g of dairy butter
100 g of melted dark cooking chocolate
How to make:
Beat the margarine, dairy butter, and sugar until white.
Enter the egg yolks one by one while continuing to shake with a mixer until blended. Every time you insert an egg yolk, beat a minute then insert the next. Do this until all the yolks are out. Turn off the mixer.
Enter the flour and baking powder as sifted.
Beat egg whites until stiff with a mixer.
Enter into the dough. Stir well.
Take three ladles of the dough. Set aside.
Mix the remaining dough with cocoa powder and dark cooking chocolate. Stir well.
Pour two ladles of the chocolate batter in a bread pan that's been spread with margarine and given a baking paper.
Pour one tablespoon of the white batter, and into the middle, pour another one.
Pour another two ladles of chocolate batter on it.
Do the same thing until the dough runs out.
Lastly, stick a stick into the cake and make a spiral from end to end.
Steam in a steamer the water has been simmering until cooked over low heat.
