Steamed Bilimbi Fish

Ingredients:

1 grouper
5 bilimbis cut each into 4
1 red chili peppers sliced finely
100 g of cucumber diced into 1 cm
3 drops of sesame oil
2 coriander leaves
Granulated sugar

Mashed spice:

2 cloves of garlic
1 cm of ginger
1 tbsp of fish sauce
1 tbsp of lemon juice

How to make:

Clean the fish. Make some cutouts. Spread with mashed spice. Let stand for 15 minutes.
Arrange the fish in a heat-resistant container. On it, sprinkle with bilimbis, cucumber, chili, coriander leaves, and sugar.
Steam for 15 minutes counted since the water is boiling.
Once cooked, put the sesame oil.
Immediately eat.
