Coconut Orange Pudding

Ingredients:

Orange layer:

2 peeled mandarin oranges.
1 packet of white gelatin.
100 g of water.
400 ml of sweet orange juice.
25 g of sugar.
Salt.

Coconut layer:

1 packet of white gelatin.
1 young coconut meat.
500 ml of coconut water.
25 g of sugar.
Salt.

How to make:

Orange layer:

Pour gelatin, sugar, salt, water in saucepan. Cook until dissolved.
After getting cold, not frozen, pour sweet juice. Stir well.
Arrange orange strips on bottom of pan. Take 4 tbsp of gelatin. Let stand until slightly frozen.
Pour rest of solution. Let stand until completely frozen.

Coconut layer:

Pour gelatin, sugar, salt, coconut milk in saucepan. Cook until dissolved.
Arrange coconut meat on top of orange. Take 4 tbsp of gelatin. Let stand until slightly frozen.
Pour rest of solution. Let stand until frozen. Chill in refrigerator.

For 16 pieces.
