Beef-Sauteed Pepper Broccoli


100 g of thinly sliced tenderloin.
½ green bell pepper diced into 2 cm.
½ red bell pepper diced into 2 cm.
250 g of broccoli plucked per floret.
2 tbsp of oyster sauce.
1 tbsp of sesame oil.
2 tbsp of fish sauce.
1 cup of chicken broth.
3 cloves of minced garlic.
1 tbsp of cornstarch + water.
1 tbsp of cooking oil.

How to make:

Marinate meat slices for 10 minutes with fish sauce, sesame oil.
Saute garlic until fragrant. Put meat. Stir.
Add fish sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, salt, pepper.
Add both bell peppers. Stir.
Give chicken broth. Cook until boiling.
Add broccoli. Stir. Cook until broccoli cooked, crisp.
Thicken with cornstarch solution.

For 4 servings.
