Spicy Sour Stingray

Ingredients:

* 1 kg of fresh stingray
* 10 starfruits
* 3 cm of turmeric, crushed
* 2 stalks of lemongrass, crushed
* 2 sheets of turmeric leaves
* 10 sheets of orange leaves
* 5 cm of galangal, crushed
* 3 cm of ginger, crushed
* ½ tsp. of salt
* 1 tbsp. of sugar
* ½ cup of water

Mashed seasoning:

* 2 cloves of garlic
* 10 spring onions
* 10 large red chilies
* 3 cm of shrimp paste

How to make:

* Saute the crushed spices until fragrant.
* Insert turmeric, lemongrass, turmeric leaves, lime leaves, galangal, and ginger.
* Insert stingray. Stir until the color changes.
* Add ½ cup of water with salt and sugar. Cook until slightly dry and almost cooked.
* Insert starfruits. Cook until wilted. Taste.
* Lift.

For 8 servings.
