Pepes Tempe

Ingredients:

* 200 g of tempe
* 1 small bunch of basil, taken the leaves only
* 2 stalks of spring onion, finely sliced
* 1 vertebra of lemongrass, sliced oblique into ½ cm
* 1 tsp. of tamarind water

Mashed seasoning:

* 4 pcs of red onion
* 1 cm of kencur, cut oblique
* ½ tsp. of shrimp paste
* 1 tsp. of sugar
* Salt

How to make:

* Mash tempe until destroyed.
* Combine tempe with mashed seasoning until blended.
* Sprinkle with lemongrass, basil, and chives.
* Wrap with banana leaves
* Steam for 10 minutes then burn a minute.
