With nonstick nature, you can simply use 1 tbsp. of cooking oil or even use cooking spray. Spray the pan with cooking spray. Then immediately, insert the garlic and stir until fragrance smelled. Only then, insert animal protein.
Usually, when animal protein, whether it's chicken, shrimp, or beef, is inserted, the pan begins to dry because the oil is absorbed by food. When this happens, immediately add a little broth or cooking wine. Then go on cooking.
By way of cooking like this, a taste of the menu will not be different than usual.
