Lohoa Meatballs

Ingredients:

* 2 carrots, cut into ½ cm
* 5 g of oyster mushrooms, soaked, cut into 2x3 cm
* 1.5 l of chicken broth
* 100 g of sweet peas
* 3 cloves of garlic, crushed
* 1 tsp. of sugar
* Pepper
* Salt
* 1 stalk of spring onion, sliced oblique
* 1 stalk of celery, finely sliced
* 1 tbsp. of garlic fries

Meatballs:

* 200 g of chicken breast, finely chopped
* 100 g of shrimp, finely chopped
* 10 g of dried shrimp, fried, mashed
* 1 tbsp. of carrot, diced into ¼ cm
* 5 g of oyster mushrooms, soaked, sliced into ¼ cm
* 24 g of glass noodles, soaked up bloom, sliced into ½ cm
* 1 egg white
* 1 tbsp. of cornflour
* 1 tsp. of sugar
* Salt
* Pepper

How to make:

Meatballs:

* Mix all meatball ingredients. Stir well.
* Make into 15 spheres.
* Put it in the boiling chicken broth.
* When the meatballs are floating, remove from heat. Set aside. Do it until completed.

Completion:

* Insert pieces of carrot and mushroom. Add salt and pepper. Cook until done.
* Add peas. Serve with a sprinkling of green onion, celery, and garlic fries.

For 5 servings.
