Cengcoan Fish

Ingredients:

* 1 intact carp
* 2 tbsp. of lime/lemon juice
* Salt
* 1 tbsp. of fish sauce
* Cooking oil

Tauco sauce:

* 2 cm of ginger, julienned
* 3 tbsp. of soy sauce
* 1-2 tbsp. of lime/lemon juice
* 1 tbsp. tauco
* 250 ml of water
* Salt
* 1 tbsp. of unsaturated cooking oil

Mashed seasoning:

* 3 cloves of garlic
* 3 red onions

How to make:

* Discard gills and belly of the fish. Streak. Marinate the fish with fish sauce, salt, and lime/lemon juice. Let stand for 10 minutes.
* Fry until cooked.
* Simmer tauco sauce. Enter the fish. Cook briefly.

Tauco sauce:

* Saute the crushed spices until fragrant. Enter ginger and tauco. Stir.
* Give soy sauce and water. Bring to a boil.
* Enter the lemon juice. Stir and taste.

For 8 servings.
