Brown Rice Teriyaki

Ingredients:

* 200 g of brown rice
* 100 g of glutinous rice
* 1 sheet of pandan leaf
* 2x3 cm of ginger, crushed
* 20 g of black-eyed peas, soaked until soft
* ½ l of water
* 250 g of tenderloin, cut thin into ½x2x4 cm
* 3 tbsp. of Kikkoman soy sauce
* 2 tbsp. of mirin sauce
* 3 cloves of garlic, mashed
* 1 tsp. of soy sauce
* 1 tbsp. of oyster sauce
* Granulated sugar
* Salt
* Pepper

Pickles:

* ½ radish, thinly sliced
* 1 medium carrot, thinly sliced
* Vinegar or lemon juice
* Granulated sugar
* Salt

How to make:

* Mix the brown and glutinous rices. Rinse.
* Give water to half a finger over the surface of the rice. You can also give salt, ginger, and pandan leaf.
* Boil the rice while stirring occasionally. Cook until the water runs out.
* Insert black-eyed peas. Stir.
* Steam brown glutinous rice until cooked.
* Serve rice with teriyaki and pickles.

Teriyaki:

* Marinate the beef with 2 tbsp. of Kikkoman soy sauce, mirin sauce, garlic, soy sauce, oyster sauce, ginger, sugar, salt, and pepper for 15 minutes.
* Saute meat with the marinated seasoning.
* Give a little water. Add salt and pepper. Taste. Add 1 tbsp. of Kikkoman soy sauce, oyster sauce, and soy sauce.

Pickles:

* Squeeze radishes and carrots with a little salt until runny. Mix with other ingredients.
