Healthy Salad


* 8 pcs of lettuce, shred into 3 cm wide
* 1 medium green-skinned cucumber, slice into ¼ cm, shelve in the closet
* 1 small onion, cut ringlike into ¼ cm thick, soak briefly in ice water, drain
* 2 red tomatoes still hard, each is sectioned by 4
* 1 slice of pineapple, slice fanlike into ¼ cm thick
* 1 tbsp. of sugar
* Salt
* 1-2 tbsp. of lime juice
* 2 tsp. of clean olive/cooking oil

How to make:

* Sugar, salt, lemon juice, olive/cooking oil are stirred until sugar dissolves. Taste.
* Shortly before served, stir with the ingredients which had been stored in the refrigerator except pineapple.
* Garnish with pineapple.

For 2 servings.

Healthy tip:

The salad is rich in fiber good to compensate for fatty foods, and help overcome the problem of constipation.
