Fruit-Sown Cookies

Dairy butter whose the fat content is higher can be replaced with margarine. When stirring, do not use a hand but with a whisk or wooden spoon as the result of the cake will be tough.









Ingredients:
  • 100 g of margarine
  • 200 g of dairy butter
  • 65 g of powdered sugar
  • 375 g of cake flour, sifted
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 1 tbsp. of sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 tbsp. of milk powder
  • 30 g of dried fruit
  • 1 tbsp. of unsaturated fat margarine
  • vanilla
  • 1 sachet of bakers' shine, dissolve according to the instructions of use
How to make:
  • Beat the margarine, dairy butter, and smooth sugar until a bit white.
  • Add the eggs one at a time. Whisk until blended.
  • Turn off the mixer. Add 2 ladles of flour, milk powder, and condensed milk. Stir well. Add the flour again. Stir. Do until the flour out. When stirring, it must be slowly and not too much.
  • Take 1 tsp. of dough. Flatten in hand.
  • Polish the top of the dough with bakers' shine, sow dried fruit.
  • Bake the cake in a preheated oven at 180°C with fire below.
