Eating Less Meat, Brains Shrink

Research conducted by Oxford University found that the habit of eating only vegetables had turned out to have a negative impact on the brain. When they underwent a brain scan and memory test, it appeared most of their brains were shrunk, had poor memory and
inflammation of the nervous system as well as other health problems.

All of this happened because meat, also liver, milk, fish and fortified cereals contained vitamin B12, the best vitamin that could prevent brain shrinkage and was also capable of storing memory.
