Bakmoy Chicken Porridge

Breakfast is necessary for us who started work in the morning. This morning, we have breakfast with a warm one, i.e. bakmoy chicken porridge. Breakfast rich in carbohydrates and proteins provides excellent energy source for the brain and impacts on physical and mental health. So the emotions were usually become more stable.



Ingredients:

Porridge:
  • 100 grams of rice.
  • 2 liters of chicken stock.
  • 1 cm of ginger, crushed.
  • 2 teaspoons of salt.
Bakmoy:
  • 2 cloves of garlic, finely chopped.
  • 1 piece of chicken thighs, boiled, shredded.
  • 1 piece of tofu, diced, fry until slightly yellowish, not too crisp.
  • 1 tablespoon of salty soy sauce.
  • 1 tablespoon of sweet soy sauce.
  • 1 teaspoon of salt.
  • 1 teaspoon of pepper powder.
  • 1 teaspoon of sugar.
  • 1 stalk of celery, thinly sliced.
  • 250 ml of water.
Supplementary ingredients:
  • 1 stalk of spring onion, slice.
  • 2 tablespoons of fried shallots.
  • 50 grams of cheese sticks.
How to make:

Porridge:
  • Boil broth and ginger until boiling with a given salt.
  • Enter the washed rice.
  • Cook until thick, stir frequently.
Bakmoy:
  • Saute garlic until fragrant.
  • Enter the shredded chicken and tofu, stir.
  • Add salty and sweet soy sauce, salt, pepper and sugar, stir.
  • Pour water, cook until thickened.
  • Give celery, stir.
Serve porridge with bakmoy. Sprinkle with fried onions and leeks.
